It is hard to believe that THON 2025 starts this Friday! It seems like only days ago the THON executive committee announced this year’s theme, followed a few short weeks later by the unveiling of the 2025 logo. We know that THON week can be a very stressful time for those involved in the 46-hour dance celebration, so we’ve compiled a list of essential items that every THON participant should have. Staying hydrated THON weekend is essential. Even if you are a spectator, it is important to continually consume water throughout the 46 hours to ensure that you stay healthy and awake.
